Support NYFA
Connecting Inspiration to Art.
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, all of us at NYFA are doing our part to mitigate the virus’ impact on the creative community here in New York City and beyond. We remain committed to supporting our constituents in all the ways we can, to ensure that they have access to the resources they need to persevere.
Since closing NYFA’s office to the public in March 2020, our dedicated board and staff are working remotely to adapt our programs and services to meet the current needs of the creative community. We continue to offer resources and support to artists in additional to new emergency funding. At this critical juncture in our nation’s history, our work is vital to ensuring that artists, who are economically vulnerable, continue to have a voice in our society.
You can show your support by making a contribution of any dollar amount. Your funding is crucial at this time, as it will help us continue to provide resources to artists who are hurting economically during this crisis. There has truly never been a more important time to give.
Donate NowHOW YOU CAN HELP
- Ways to Give
Ongoing donations are critical to NYFA’s mission and go directly towards the services we provide to artists. NYFA accepts monetary donations through a number of channels: general donations, program support, bequests, donations to a specific artist through our donor-advised fund, and in-kind contributions. - Annual Hall of Fame Benefit
NYFA’s Hall of Fame Benefit honors extraordinary artists and individuals who exemplify the spirit of uncompromised artistic vision and integrity that NYFA strives to make possible for all artists. - Artspace
Visit Artspace’s dedicated NYFA page to view works for sale that could become part of your business or personal collection. A portion of your purchase will go towards supporting NYFA and the artists we serve. - Volunteer
If you are interested in supporting our mission, we have volunteer opportunities available, from mentoring an artist to joining a committee, to board membership. Please contact Kim Andresen for more information at [email protected].
